If you are passionate about fashion, and want to learn how to create a more sustainable fashion wardrobe, then join us for The Slow Show on Wednesday 3rd April, in Sallynoggin College of Further Education, Pearse Street, Sallynoggin.  Our designers and stylists will present their catwalk show, information, tips, ideas and fun.  Reception at 6.30pm, followed by the fashion show at 7.30pm.   This will be a free event with an opportunity to donate to our local charity, the Mounttown Neighbourhood Youth and Family Project (MNYFP). 

Join the movement to make Slow Fashion the way of your future.

Maybe of interest to fitness and leisure students this summerBEACH LIFEGUARDS REQUIRED FOR SUMMER 2019 Applications are invited for suitably qualified persons for the position of Temporary Beach Lifeguard. At: Arklow, Bray, Brittas Bay, Greystones & Wicklow. Duration: June - August 2019 Wages: €13.59 per hour, circa 40 hours per week Minimum Qualifications: 1. Candidates should have as a minimum, a current (not more than two years old) Irish Water Safety “Beach Lifeguard Award” or equivalent qualification. 2. Have knowledge of the use and care of surf rescue and other lifesaving equipment 3. Have a thorough knowledge of resuscitation (incl. CPR) and basic first aid. 4. Candidates must be at least 17 years of age on May 1st 2019. Original certificates to prove the above requirements must be submitted with the completed application form.
