“I really loved the course, I highly recommend it. Having us teach from early on was great preparation for the real world, and it was done in a relaxed way. Teachers were very encouraging and understanding of any mistakes. I really felt I learnt more by teaching and being taught by a student, as we made mistakes together and fixed them. I really loved the course. Fantastic instructors. I am delighted I did it and I can’t wait to teach!” Aoife Byrne

“The Pilates Teaching course at Sallynoggin College was a journey of discovery and personal development. I acquired a deep knowledge of Pilates and body movement, became stronger and move proficient in my own practice, and confident in my ability to use the skills acquired to teach Pilates with expertise and joy! If you have an interest in Pilates and learning how to teach, I thoroughly recommend it!” Nuala Kane
