At Sallynoggin College of Further Education, near Dun Laoghaire in Dublin, we offer a course in Inclusive Education and Training with Disability Studies and Special Needs Assisting (SNA), which will provide a broad understanding and awareness of the term ‘disability’. Learners will use their teaching and learning skills to enable individuals to overcome barriers in the workplace and educational settings. This course will equip the learner with the knowledge, skills and competencies to implement best practice in the area of disability and inclusion, within a range of educational and caring environments.

Graduates of this QQI Level 6 course may also be considered for advanced entry to related degree programmes. Students may be eligible to progress to the second year of a course where they fulfil the college’s entry requirements.
