Duration: One Year – September to May

This unique course combines Pilates teacher training with analysis of body movement, sports nutrition and sports psychology. Learners will develop the skills to deliver Pilates classes, modify Pilates exercises, advise on nutrition and exercise.
Employment Opportunities
- Setting up your own Pilates Teaching business.
- Working in sports clubs, leisure centres, gyms, alternative therapy clinics, health centres or Spas.
Educational Progression
- Learners may progress to related degree programmes in institutes of Technology and Universities.
- Learners who successfully complete the ITEC award may progress to other relevant ITEC or equivalent qualifications.
