SCFE welcomes applications from qualified international applicants.

NON EU STUDENTS

In order to meet the nationality criteria which entitles students to EU funded tuition fees you must meet one of the following residency requirements:

  1. Be an EU Citizen/be ordinarily resident in an EU Member State or a State which is a Contracting State to the EEA Agreement or The Swiss Confederation.
  2. Have official refugee status.
  3. Have been granted humanitarian leave to remain in the State and have been ordinarily resident in the European Union for three of the last five years immediately before admission.

All other applications are considered to be non – EU applications

International students must comply with Irish immigration requirements and must present either a student visa or a letter of permission to remain in Ireland.  This is issued by the Immigration Section of the Department of Justice and Equality.

In addition Sallynoggin College of Further Education students are required to pay the Department of Education and Skills fee of €3,700.00 for each academic year.
