EXECUTIVE ASSISTANT (P.A.)

The job of the Executive Assistant is challenging and requires a high level of admiministrative, organisational, interpersonal and I.T. skills. It also requires a competency in the organisation of conferences, exhibitions, drafting press releases and dealing with some aspects of P. R.

A Personal Assistant needs to be flexible, adaptable and have the ability to work on their own initiative. They often have a senior role within an organisation - delegating clerical tasks to junior staff and may travel locally, nationally or internationally to attend meetings or conferences with their managers.
